On Thursday, 9 of Year 5’s Digital Leaders travelled to Stroud School where they took part in a range computing and technology workshops, such as video game designing, theme park programming, stop motion animation with a green screen and virtual reality experience.
Not only did our pupils represent MPJS with their immaculate behaviour, but the staff of Stroud School and other external organisations also commented on their passion, curiosity and understanding of technology. As they were so impressed, they even offered to show us around their school grounds and to meet their chickens, goats and ponies.
This trip proved to be an invaluable experience to develop the pupils’ knowledge and exposure to the modern world of technology and its application into the workplace, computing and everyday life.
