It’s time to meet the next staff member from our Y6 series of blogs. Today we are meeting Miss Smith, one of our Y3 teachers.

Why did you want to become a teacher?

I spent lots of time as a swimming coach and loved working with children. I decided to make it my full time job.

Why did you come to MPJS to teach?

I thought that this school had lots of exciting opportunities.

Who inspires you?

My Uncle, he has worked very hard all his life and now runs a successful company.

\what is your favourite hobby?

I love to Crochet, but anything crafty.

What would be your favourite destination to travel to and why?

Mexico, it is beautiful and has amazing wildlife and I love tacos!

What is your favourite genre of book to read and why?

Fantasy books. I love to get lost in magical worlds and with magical creatures.
